This southern Italian classic is blended from 100% Arabica beans and roasted to "full city roast". Full city is a medium roast that is reached in just a few minutes, when the beans are caught between the first and second popping. The Decaf Espresso Italia beans will exhibit balance between aroma, acid, and complexity, producing a smooth well rounded espresso. Espresso Italia will surprise you with everything you'd expect in a gourmet espresso, with none of the jittery side effects. At Coffee DeCafe, our coffee's caffeine is extracted via a natural process to maintain the integrity of the coffee flavor. Our experts are second to none, producing consistent, quality espresso beans. Caffeine has been removed prior to roasting to ensure that the espresso flavor you have been looking for is found in its entirety.
For optimum taste, we recommend ordering your espresso whole bean. For a traditional and exceptional cup of espresso, the beans should be ground immediately prior to use.
